Clinic Class - October 2022
​(AFTER 6-WEEKS TRAINING)

After 6-weeks of training, all of the players improved their shot mechanics and form.  Some players made significant changes in their form while others made subtle changes.  All players need to continue to fully understand the shooting principles and review their shot mechanics, paying close attention to their 1) Foundation, 2) Form, and 3) Follow-thru.  All players should watch the video below of all their players and critique their overall shooting form and mechanics.  All players should also review the shooting principles video and apply the techniques and methodologies.
